CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address must be done within 24 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won’t be able to update your details nor process a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER DETAILS
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at email@example.com and we will fix it for you.
If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know – contact our customer support – within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.
CLAIMS AND RETURN POLICY
Once you have received the package from us, you should review all of the contents to make sure nothing is missing form your order. You only have a period of 24 hours from reception to exercise a claim via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form on our site. After 24 hours, if no claim has been made, it will be assumed that the order was received in a correct and complete manner. Any claims for a missing product after that time will be rejected. In the event that the delivered product is not in good condition and the causes are not attributable to the customer, the defective product may be returned, informing Mels Premium Health within 48 hours of receiving the order by mail to email@example.com or through the contact form. The customer may be asked to provide photos of the relevant product(s). Mels Premium Health will assume the return cost and exchange the product for a new one according to the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
- If we have sent you an incorrect item, you can either request a refund and return the item, or replace it with the correct item.
- You can not return an item purchased at a discount.
- You can in some cases return products that are damaged, but first you must give us a proof (photo, video).
- Return postage and handling are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Depending on the item, we may refund part of the original shipping cost.
